By confirming the reservation, Customer acknowledges and accepts the limitations applie after booking confirmation, on arrival and during the stay to the conditions and services offered by Corvetto Residence, due to extraordinaty measures. Limitations may change anytime, without notice,
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT TIMETABLES
EARLY CHECK-IN ON REQUEST (temporarily not offered).
LATE CHECK-OUT AVAILABLE FOR CHARGE (temporarily not offered).
ELECTRONIC KEY
Client will be assigned a key for room access upon check-in. For his safety, Client is asked to leave the key at the Front Desk every time going out. Failure to return the key results a charge of 20 euros, at any time, even after departure.
SILENCE
From 11pm to 8am. During the day we ask you to respect the peace and comfort of all Residence Guests.
DEPOSIT
A deposit is required at check-in to guarantee any damage, by cash. The deposit is returned at check-out, after check.
DAMAGES
The apartments are delivered in good status on arrival. Guests are responsible for material faults or damage to the apartments and common areas during their stay. The Management reserves the right to check the status of the apartment and charge for any damage caused by the Guest at any time, even after departure.
KITCHENETTE CLEANING SERVICE
The service is not included. It’s 50 euros per service. To leave the kitchenette dirty on check-out time will cost you an extra fee of 50,00 euros, they can be charged at any time, even after your departure. There is a fixed charge of 50 euros for stays longer than five nights.
PARKING AND REMOTE CONTROL: an internal, unattended car park is available at a cost of 10 euros per night, per vehicle. Special rates for stays from seven nights and more. A remote control to access is available on request by a deposit of 50 euros. Deposit is retained in case of damage, loss, failure to return the remote control. Deposit is returned giving the remote control and showing the deposit receipt.
EXTRA CLEANING
Your booking includes cleaning and change of towels and bed linen, based on conditions. Extra services are subject to charge.
ANIMALS
Residence Corvetto accepts small pets after paying a supplement, upon request at booking time. Guests will guard the animal in the apartment and in the common areas of the Residence for damage or disturbance. Failure to comply with this rule provides for compensation for any damage caused by the animal.
USE OF THE FITNESS AREA
Temporarily limited. The use of the indoor gym is only allowed to the Corvetto Residence’s senior Guests who signed the statement of good health. Access to the service is subject to a surcharge, rates are available at booking time or at the Reception Desk. Guests are required to comply with the regulations and leave the tool room in order and clean after use. The Management reserves the right to charge any damage.
EXTRA PERSON IN GUEST APARTMENT
For an extra person stay not included in this confirmation, Guest must require in writing. The payment of the supplement and city tax is requested on check-in time. Failure to notify unexpected Guests will be charged the supplement and up to 100% of the total amount of the booking.
VISITORS
The use of the apartment is reserved to the Customer and to the people provided in this booking confirmation. The Management of the Residence reserves the right not to allow access in the apartment to people not covered by this reservation.
FOOD SAFETY AND HYGIENE POLICY: during the stay, the Guest is required to respect the general hygiene rules. Particularly in bringing into the Residence, preparing and storing food. It is not allowed to introduce and store loose and unpreserved under seal food and foostuffs subject to decomposition and deterioration. Before entering the apartment, the Guest must notify any bulk food to be storaged in a vacuum food saver. Please ask for vacuum food containers on check-in and bring them back on departure.
In the event of non-compliance with rules, in suspicion or flagrancy of violations, also when the Guest bring food in defiancing of international regulations concerning food import, The Residence Staff riserve the right to remove this food from the aparment and to inform the Authorities. The Guest is requested to use the extractor hood while cooking. In any case, the Residence declines all responsability for the food products introduced and consumed by the Guest in the apartment and the whole residence.
LUGGAGE STORAGE
Available for free on the day of check-out. Long storage service charged at the Reception.
BICYCLE DEPOSIT
On request, subject to availability. The Guest must return the key to the Reception when bike is stored.
POOL AND GARDEN
The access to the pool and the garden is free and reserved to Guests only. Guests are required to comply with the Rules. In the pool and the garden area it is not allowed to use the apartment towels.
NOT ALLOWED
Private parties, events, ironing and hanging linens outside the laundry room, lighting fires, damaging behaviors and bring people without reservatinn.
