On arrival, will I find the apartment cleaned up and sanitized?

Upon your arrival, you will find the apartment cleaned up and sanitized carefully, in compliance with the hygiene protocols. The fabrics are treated with appropriate washing cycles, the kitchen set and surfaces sanitized. Also the ventilation and air conditioning system are purified. We operate with the most recomended cleanliness standards and the housekeeping staff is trained on new sanitization plans.

During my stay, what are the cleaning and hygiene standards of my apartment?

During your stay, we will ensure the frequency and cleaning standards and the hygiene of the linen as per in your booking. But we will add a strict sanitizing calendar on the surfaces, the handles, the switches, the remote controls and the bathroom, as suggested by the protocols.

All apartments offer air conditioning and heating, wi-fi, digital TV with Sky channels, safe, wardrobe or walk-in closet, large desk, private bathroom with shower, hypoallergenic furnishings, parquet. Fully equipped kitchen with dishes, oven, refrigerator, cooking plate. The Superior apartments have a dishwasher. On request, freezer, kettle, microwave oven. Cleaning and linen are included. Kitchen cleaning and dish-washing / tidying service are available for a fee .

Are the apartments accessible to Guests with limited mobility?

Residence Corvetto welcome Guests with special needs with a comfortable access by stairlift, accessible elevators, apartments without barriers and dedicated bathrooms.
