Remember: a valid Passport or ID is mandatory to be checked-in. People with NO Passport or ID and children not accompanied by their parents cannot enter.
INVOICE
Ask your invoice on arrival to check-in fast. Tell us your invoice details.
DEPOSIT.
A damage and hidden extras deposit is required on arrival. This will be collected by cash. You’ll be refound in full on departure, subject to a check of the apartment.
CITY TAX: be sure toh ave cash for city tax payment.
KITCHENETTE CLEANING SERVICE: the cleaning of the kitchenette in your apartment is not included. You can ask for the cleaning of the kitchenette for an extra fee. Kitchnette cleaning service will be charged at any time, even after departure. A kitchenette cleaning fee is mandatory from 5 night stay.
