By confirming the reservation, Customer acknowledges, accepts or commits to inform all the people the booking is made for, about the limitations applie after booking confirmation, on arrival and during the stay to the conditions and services offered by Corvetto Residence, due to the measures for the containment and contrast of the virus SARS-Cov 2, implemented in accordance with government regulations and local provisions. Limitations may change at nay time, without notice, based on the pandemic situation in progress

By confirming booking, Client accepts the following Terms and Conditions.

This booking confirmation is not valid for any incidentals. No Guest name changes allowed.

Added nights or changes on the original booking will be charged at going price.

CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION: giving his own credit card details, Client allows Corvetto Residence to pre-authorize / charge penalties for any cancellation, late / fallure to cancel, no-show, early departure and amendments, based on booking terms. Penalty charges may be processed at any time, even after Client departure. In case of denied credit card pre-authorization the booking will not be valid. Client accepts  to be charged the booking amount and penalties on his nominated credit card when he’s making a third party booking.

PRICESprices are per apartment, room only, net hotel, inclusive of vat and services. They are subject to change due to the introduction of new taxes or increases.

CITY TAX: it is not included. It’s 4,00 euros per person, per day, for the first 14 running days of stay.

CANCELLATION POLICY (if not specified on confirmation): no refundable, 100% of the total reservation will be charged in case of cancellation, fallure to cancel, late cancellation, no show, early departure or amendments.

PAYMENT (if not specified in confirmation): on arrival, check-in time.



GUARANTEE: on his arrival, Client authorizes Corvetto Residence to hold a deposit amount on credit card  minimum 100 euros up to 100% of the reservation, by pre-authorization process. Also Client accepts to be charged all bidden incidentals or damages penalty during his stay, at any time, even after departure. The deposit will be reversed after inspection of the apartment, the day of departure;

ACCESS TO THE ROOM: Client will be assigned a key for room access upon check-in. For his safety, Client is asked  to leave the key at the Front Desk every time going out. Failure to return the key results a charge of 20.00 euros,  at any time, even after departure.

KITCHENETTE CLEANING SERVICE: the cleaning service of the kitchenette is not included. The Residence Staff reserves the right to check the kitchenette on departure and charge the Guest 50 euros kitchenette cleaning, at any time, even after departure. 50,00 fee for kitchenette cleaning service is mandatory from 7 nights stay.

PARKING AND REMOTE CONTROL: an internal, unattended car park is available at a cost of 10 euros per night, per vehicle. Special rates for stays from seven  nights and more. A remote control to access is available on request by a deposit of 50 euros. Deposit is retained in case of damage, loss, failure to return the remote control. Deposit is returned  giving the remote control and showing the deposit receipt.

PETS: Residence Corvetto allows pets, upon request.  For the sanification of the apartment after pets leaving you’ll be charged 30 euros (up 6 nights stay) and 50 euros (from 7 nights stay). Guests will guard pet in the apartment and in the common areas of the Residence for damage or disturbance. Failure to comply with this rule you’ll be charged a penalty.

USE OF THE FITNESS AREA temporarily limited. Corvetto Residence’s senior Guests only are allowed to access to the gym. They’ve to sign  statement of good health to access. The service is subject to a surcharge. Rates available at or at Reception. Guests are required to comply with the regulations and leave the gym in order and clean after use. Corvetto Residence reserves the right to charge any damage.

SUPPLEMENT FOR EXTRA PERSON AND CHILD POLICY: supplement for extra person in Guest apartment up to 30,00 euros per person, per night. City tax is not included. Children up to 2 years in bed with parents or in cot are free of charge. Supplement for children from 2 to 12 years, 15,00 euros per person, per night.

EXTRA PERSON IN GUEST APARTMENT: if not included in this confirmation, Guest must require in writing for an extra person can stay in the apartment . The payment of the supplement and city tax is requested on check-in time. Failure notification of any unexpected Guests will be charged the supplement up to 100% of the total amount of the booking.

VISITORS: the use of the apartment is reserved to the Customer and to the people nominated in this booking confirmation.  The Management of the Residence reserves the right not to allow access in the apartment to people not covered by this reservation.

DAMAGES: the apartments are delivered in good status on arrival. Guests are responsible for material faults or damage to the apartments and common areas during their stay. The Management reserves the right to check the status of the apartment and charge for any damage caused by the Guest at any time, even after departure.

FOOD SAFETY AND HYGIENE POLICY: during the stay, the Guest is required to respect the general hygiene rules. Particularly in bringing into the Residence, preparing and storing food. It is not allowed to introduce and store loose and unpreserved under seal food and foostuffs subject to decomposition and deterioration. Before entering the apartment, the Guest must notify any bulk food to be storaged in a vacuum food saver. Please ask for vacuum food containers on check-in and bring them back on departure.
In the event of non-compliance with rules, in suspicion or flagrancy of violations, also when the Guest bring food in defiancing of international regulations concerning food import, The Residence Staff riserve the right to remove this food from the aparment and to inform the Authorities. The Guest is requested to use the extractor hood while cooking. In any case, the Residence declines all responsability for the food products introduced and consumed by the Guest in the apartment  and the whole residence.

LUGGAGE STORAGE: the day of check-out, you can leave your luggage stored in the deposit. Management is not responsible for any damage or thefth.

DELIVERY COLLECTION SERVICE: a delivery collection service is available for free. To use the service, please ask the Reception hiow to sign the agreement form.

POOL AND GARDEN: the access to the pool and the garden is free and reserved to Guests only. Guests are required to comply with the Rules. In the pool and the garden area it is not allowed to use the apartment towels.

NOT PERMITTED: to hold private parties and events; ironing in apartment or outside the laundry room; hanging out linens outside the laundry room;  lighting fires; to engage not polite behaviors and damage to residence or guests property.
