This solution, perfect for a cost-conscious young couple, is slightly larger than the Studio flat and retains all the standard amenities of our residence, such as a kitchenette with refrigerator, two electric stoves and an oven, the private bathroom and a TVC.

The Executive studio is the ideal guest flat for executives who are constantly travelling, as well as a convenient solution for university students who want to share their studio.

The sleeping area consists of a comfortable double bed, and a small corridor leads to a cozy bathroom with shower.

The only problem that our customers may encounter when they choose the Executive studio... is that we have too few, as they are selling like hotcakes!
